The outdoors molded Freddy’s life and defined him from the very beginning. A deep tradition of hunting and fishing was instilled in him through his father, grandfather, family, and close friends. Whether it was running crawfish nets in the Atchafalaya Basin of Louisiana as a youngster or chasing wary Toms on a ridge top somewhere in Arkansas today, it was the early years when he realized the importance of his heritage.
Today, outings with his beautiful daughters Cherie and Carrington as well as close friends are the highlight of what Freddy calls his outdoors. Ample time in the field with loved ones is a major part of his life. In his own words, “There’s nothing like the outdoors shared with the special people in your life and that's a guarantee!!!”
Freddy’s 20 plus years of videography, editing, and field producing quality footage from field to TV has become his channel for passing on that tradition. The camera is now his weapon of choice — he finds an unmeasureable reward in filming other folks enjoying the outdoors. From his personal standpoint, time afield shared with a fellow outdoorsman just can’t be beat.
